Due to the custom nature of my business, I am not able to offer any refunds or returns. I will happily offer exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your order as long as all items are unwashed, unworn and tags are attached. Please contact me prior to leaving feedback for details on how to proceed. I reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out.

All items will be shipped via USPS upon verification of payment. I usually mail twice weekly. The days vary depending on the number of orders. Ready-made clothing will be shipped within 3 business days while custom orders are running 1-2 weeks from the reception of the payment. If you need something in a rush let me know and I’ll get it out quickly.

Please note that I can not guarantee delivery once the package has been given to the post office nor can I be held responsible if a shipment gets lost, stolen, or damaged. Once I ship your item, it will be out of my control. Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee. Customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item value.

To minimize fraud and protect you, I can only ship items to the address listed in PayPal.

If you are choosing to pay with a check, please understand that I will not start fabricating your order until your check has cleared. Note that this may increase your waiting time.

Garment Care Instructions are 

Polyester and cotton or cotton blend.
Hand or Machine wash in cold. 
Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Press with a warm iron.

All items are created and stored in a pet and smoke-free studio.
Custom requests are always welcome.
